The Outlaw is the Khrome Werks 2-into-1 we put on more Touring bikes than anything else: a 3-step head pipe on the M8 (1.75 - 1.875 - 2.0 in.) or 2-step on the Twin Cam, feeding a single 4.5 in. HP Plus muffler. 2.5 in. high-flow baffle wrapped in stainless wool and high-temp fiberglass, with a tapered exit cone that keeps the bottom-end torque. 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs are welded into the primaries so it tunes without any extra work, and the heat shields give 220 degrees of coverage.

The end cap is sold separately - add an Edge, Klassic, Race Tip or Tracer cap to finish it. For a 2-into-2 look on the M8, add the Ghost Pipe. Tune the sound with the Cone Reduction Kit and The Plug decibel reducer; the TMS baffle inserts do not fit the Outlaw muffler.
