Fits: 2024 and newer Gen 2 Milwaukee-Eight Harley-Davidson Touring models (including 2023 CVO 121 VVT).
A preventative, one-time fix for a known wiring weak spot on Gen 2 Milwaukee-Eight baggers. The factory ignition coil wire is routed tight at the connector, and engine movement and vibration work that stiff wire until it breaks, which drops a cylinder or leaves you on the side of the road. This Impact Wiring Solutions pigtail replaces that section with a new connector and a coiled service loop that flexes with the engine and takes the strain off the connection.
Built from MIL-SPEC M22759/32 Tefzel wire with 32 individually stranded conductors, rated to 200°C (standard TXL wire is rated to 125°C). The Teflon insulation shrugs off heat, oil and abrasion, and the service loops at the bend points are there to keep the wire from ever being loaded at the terminal again.
Install it before it fails: solder it to the factory wiring and heat-shrink the joint. We can do it for you while your bike is on the dyno - just mention it when you book.

Gen 2 Milwaukee-Eight Touring models, 2024 and newer, plus the 2023 CVO 121 VVT bikes. A good add-on with the Impact ECU or on its own. Gen 1 M8 (2017-2023) bikes use a different coil connector - contact us if that is what you ride.

One pre-wired Gen 2 M8 ignition coil connector with a coiled Tefzel wire section, ready to solder to the factory harness.
Installation
Cut back the factory wire, solder the pigtail in, and protect the joint with heat shrink. Professional installation recommended, or have FASTTUNES fit it during your dyno tune or cam install.
