The Impact Wiring Solutions ECU is a fully plug-and-play replacement for the factory ECM on 2023.5 and newer Harley-Davidson Touring models. It arrives 100% assembled: plug it into the factory harness, load the map, and ride. No splicing, no adapters, and you keep full factory function of the hand controls, screen and radio.
It runs a 216 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 processor with 500 MB of on-board logging memory and true speed-density tuning with independent front and rear VE tables. Two Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband O2 sensors feed the tuner real-time air/fuel data with automatic fuel correction, plus configurable knock control with independent front and rear retard, full VVT control on equipped engines, throttle mapping and ride modes. It is tuned live over USB with TunerStudio, so there is no ECM flashing.
Built for serious combinations: electronic boost control, flex-fuel sensor support, launch control, anti-lag, quick shifter and air shifter support, nitrous control, barometric compensation and provisions for three additional sensors.

Not for 2021-2023 Gen 1 Milwaukee-Eight Touring models. Impact makes a separate ECU for those - contact us before ordering if you are not sure which one you need.

Tuning & warranty
Tuned with TunerStudio (the free version is enough; Pro is a one-time purchase) by a qualified tuner to match your engine, exhaust, intake, cams or forced-induction setup. Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects with proof of purchase; misuse, accidents and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
