FREE FASTTUNES BASE TUNE INCLUDED. Every Power Vision 4 we sell comes with a base tune built by FASTTUNES for your Harley and your combination, at no extra charge. Here is how it works:
- Fill in the bike details on this page when you order (year, model, engine, cam, exhaust, intake and so on) so we know exactly what you are running.
- When the tuner arrives, plug it in, follow the Dynojet setup and read your bike's stock file (the .stk file).
- Email the stock file to dc@fasttunes.com. We build your base tune from it and email the tune file back to you.
- Load the tune and ride. When you want it dialed in all the way, book a dyno tune and we will finish it on the dyno.
The Power Vision 4 is Dynojet's Bluetooth flash tuner for Harley-Davidson. It plugs into the bike's diagnostic port, pairs with the free Power Vision app on your iPhone or Android, and flashes the factory ECU - no laptop and no screen to mount. Load your FASTTUNES base tune or one of Dynojet's Stage 1, 2 or 3 tunes, and go back to the stock tune any time: the original calibration is backed up to your phone and to your Dynojet cloud account.
Comes with a tune license for one motorcycle (more can be added through the app). AutoTune works with the factory O2 sensors or with Dynojet's wideband kits, QuickTune lets you adjust fuel, timing and the rev limit from the phone, and the app reads and clears trouble codes and logs engine data.

Fitment & part numbers
Which one fits: look at the diagnostic connector under the seat or side cover. A 4-pin plug is the J1850 ECU (PV4-15-01). A 6-pin plug is CAN: 2011-2020 bikes take PV4-15-02, 2021-2024 bikes take PV4-15-03, and the newest G26-ECU bikes take PV4-15-04.
PV4-15-01 - 2005-2017 J1850 ECU: Touring, Softail, Dyna, Sportster, V-Rod and trike models with the 4-pin connector. Not for 2001-2004 ECUs (Harley part numbers 32772-01 and 32784-01).
PV4-15-02 - 2011-2020 CAN: Touring, Softail, Dyna, Sportster and Street models with the 6-pin connector, including 2017-2020 Milwaukee-Eight Touring and 2018-2020 Softail.
PV4-15-03 - 2021-2024: Touring (Electra Glide, Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Ultra Limited), Softail (Fat Boy, Street Bob, Low Rider, Standard, Sport Glide, Slim, Breakout, Heritage), Pan America 1250, Sportster S, Nightster and the Tri Glide, Freewheeler and Road Glide 3 trikes. Does not cover 2023.5-up CVO, 2024-up 117 and 121 Touring, 2024-up Pan America, Sportster S and Nightster, or 2025 Softail - those use PV4-15-04.
PV4-15-04 - 2023.5-up G26 ECU (ECU part numbers 41001165 and 41001350 and newer): CVO Street Glide and Road Glide, 2024-up Street Glide and Road Glide 117 and 121 (non-VVT), 2025-up Softail 117 models, 2024-up Pan America, Sportster S and Nightster, Freewheeler, Tri Glide Ultra and Road Glide 3.
What's in the box
Power Vision 4 module with the diagnostic-port harness for your bike and a tune license for one motorcycle. The Power Vision app is a free download for iPhone and Android; WinPEP 8 for reviewing data logs is a free download for Windows.
Good to know
California: PV4-15-02 is CARB-approved (E.O. D-619-14) for 2017-2020 Touring and 2018-2020 Softail; PV4-15-03 is CARB-approved for 2021-2022 Touring and Softail. PV4-15-01 and PV4-15-04 are not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles.
Licenses: one bike is included; extra vehicle licenses are sold by Dynojet inside the app. AutoTune is not available on Rev Maxx models.
Tunes: your free FASTTUNES base tune is built for your combination from your bike's stock file (see above). Dynojet's own Stage 1, 2 and 3 library is also available through the app. For the last few percent, book the dyno.
